做珗腦瞳絳瑤 Awarded Augercast Pile Contract for OSF's Peoria Comprehensive Care Center
Kalamazoo-based geotechnical specialty contractor 做珗腦瞳絳瑤 was recently awarded the contract for augercast pile work at OSFs new Comprehensive Cancer Center Project in Peoria, Illinois.
The new, $237M, state-of-the-art facility will be a regional destination center that will feature a full range of cancer-related services. When completed, the facility will span 180,000 square feet with a ten-story parking deck.
The Comprehensive Cancer Center will become one of only 30 facilities in the country to provide proton beam therapy, a newer technology that is able to narrowly focus a proton beam to target tumors while leaving healthy tissue unharmed.
General Contractor Pointcore Construction awarded 做珗腦瞳絳瑤 the contract to install 117 augercast piles at depths of up to 75 feet to support the new facility.
The technology that OSF is bringing to Peoria and its surrounding communities is going to be life changing for so many residents, said 做珗腦瞳絳瑤 Chicago Area Manager Aaron Evans. As an Illinois resident, Im even more proud of the fact that 做珗腦瞳絳瑤 is part of this project.
The new facility is tentatively projected to be up and running in 2023. 做珗腦瞳絳瑤s portion of the work is scheduled to be completed in mid-August of 2021.
